Automatic Marking System

This system consists of marking ink and a device which acts automatically in a non-contact, in order to detect or visually recognize the flaw of materials, such as steel, for the quality control of products.

Automatic marking device system

The device system is equipped with a specifically designed blocking-free nozzle and fittings, which can put, marks automatically on the flaw spots in response to speedy and frequent signals from the detecting part of it. The system has the outstanding performance of automatically detecting metal slabs, etc., as well as applicable to the various flaw-detecting apparatus, such as ultrasonic, magnetic, and eddy-current types.

RAM INK (RAM INK for exclusive uses)

We can offer selectively the most suitable ink form the list below, according to the kinds of objective materials on which surface the customer wants to put a mark. Besides the representative inks listed, we can also offer specific inks applicable to the special uses, e.g. in the circumstance of an extremely high temperature, or of highly paying attention to the environment.

Rapid drying

C-W

Pigment-based ink, containing easily evaporating solvents and film-forming substances. Drying up in a few seconds, and possible to be wiped out by a solvent-wetted towel.

Pigment-free

K-W

Pigments are not contained in this type of ink. But it can be prepared in a various colors according to a customer's request. Any precipitation or phase separation does not occur, and drying up in a few seconds.

Heat resistant

AG

The ink consists of a special heat-resistant film-forming substance, rapid drying solvents, and pigments. It can withstand very high temperatures after marking.

Sealing liquids

A,B,DM,E

These sealing liquids are used for protecting the nozzle-blocking during a rest tine of marking operation. Four kinds of the liquids can be provided corresponding to inks used.
