IDEAL COAXIAL ILLUMINATION
Konan realized an ideal coaxial illumination by setting the illumination between lenses for observation. This illumination should be ideal for use in ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology.
COMPACT ZOOM
Konan offers what no other conventional compact microscope can; an advanced zoom function (1:3) and a clear image at every possible magnification.
HIGH EYE POINT
The eye point of a compact microscope was apt to be low and a surgeon wearing glasses had difficulty in observation. However, though Konan's microscope body was compactly designed, an high eye point (15 mm) was realized. Therefore, a surgeon wearing glasses can easily observe the whole field.
SPARE LAMP INCLUDED IN THE LIGHT SOURCE
